The processing of personal data with this purpose when the User registers in the SHOTL App will be carried out on the basis of legitimate interest, as recognised to the Data Controller by the regulations.

The vehicles have a geolocation system to provide User’s information related to the service provision. The geolocation system integrated in the vehicle may not be disconnected because is necessary to the provision of services and security.
